Minced beef is the most versatile cut of beef. There are just so many things you can make with it, the options are endless!
Perfect Steaks
You might already be a steak pro, but if you're not too sure how to make the most of these delicious steaks, here's some cooking tips.
Pan seared method:
- Remove from fridge & bring to room temperature, sprinkle with salt. Heat a heavy bottomed pan to high heat.
- Cut a small chunk of fat off the steak and add to pan.
- Pat steak dry with paper towel before adding to the pan.
- Fry steak for total of 1 minute each side, but turning often as it cooks. Cook slightly longer depending on how well done you like your steak.
- Rest for 5 mins and then serve.
